What do you want to call your theme camp? This name will be featured on the map and on the website. You don't have to get it perfect right now.

Please describe your theme camp in detail. What's the overall idea? Will it be interactive? Any planned activities? This description will be used for the public facing text.

Which keywords best describe the experience you're going to curate?

How many people do you expect in your crew, total? Include yourself. This can be a rough estimate. These numbers are flexible as details get worked out.

Please specify whether your theme camp will be selling products or services. Choose Yes if you plan to collect money. Choose No if this is a free art exhibit with no sales.

Most theme camps require at least one 10x10 canopy tent, to act as a placeholder in the layout, and to provide shade. This number does not have to be exact right now.

Please note that certain venues do not allow stakes. Read the specific rules for each location.

Collectively, what kind of experience do you and your team have?

Most theme camps will not be provided power.

Do you need to haul in heavy equipment and/or build significant infrastructure? Choose No if you're just brining tents, tables, boxes, blankets, etc. Choose Yes if you're building any structures (permitting may be required).

Do you need any open green space? If so, how much? Are there any specific accommodations you require or would like to request?
