We will try to stagger load-in. This doesn't have to be exact. Choose a time slot that you prefer. If you ONLY want to stay for the evening market, you can use the loading zone to load in while the day market loads out.

Please decide now if you want to pack your tent up at 5pm ☀️ or stay all night until 9pm 🌛. Certain areas of the map will remain open while the evening stargazing workshops take place. To coordinate our efforts, it's important that you determine your answer ahead of time. Please understand the significance of a potentially 18-hour-long day including load-in and strike. Be prepared!

This event is held entirely within the amphitheater. Musical performances will take place throughout the day. Areas closer to the stage will experience louder levels of sound. Areas further away will be quieter, but not silent.
